RAY BAES
Indy Ray (he/they) and Rachael Vaughn Ray (she/her) are collectively known as Ray Baes. They're a husband and wife duo who live in San Francisco and enjoy traveling and eating gluten free. They were married in a tiny intimate ceremony in May 2021 and hosted a bigger gluten free Winne-the-Pooh-themed wedding celebration in May 2022.

INDY
If Winnie the Pooh were a thirtysomething graphics engineer living in San Francisco who loves to cook, he would be Indy. Diagnosed as celiac in his twenties, Indy has adapted to the gluten free way of life by coming up with new recipes for his favorite foods (see his recipes here). He also enjoys exploring the globe in search of the world's best gluten free croissant (though he suspects that nearby Mariposa Bakery is a top contender). He recently acquired a gluten free baking mentor during a recent trip to Paris.
RACHAEL
Rachael Vaughn Ray isn't celiac or gluten intolerant, but she eats gluten free almost 100% of the time in solidarity with her bae Indy. Lawyer by day and reality TV fan* by night, Rachael isn't as talented in the kitchen as her husband is, but she is always willing to do the dishes. She loves doing yoga and her ideal way to spend a Friday night is trying to find hotel and flight deals.

TOAST
Roma "Toast" Poodle is the tiny toy poodle queen who has an outsized control over Rachael and Indy. She may weigh only 5 lbs, but she has many opinions about gluten free baked goods and gluten free travel. When she isn't playing fetch she is running the world as the powerful CEO of the mysterious multinational company Pudelceaux.
