What is Tiny Gluten Free?
Tiny Gluten Free is a human-created artisanal blog detailing the experiences of Rachael and Indy exploring gluten free eating with their tiny toy poodle Toast. We've been traveling with our dog and eating gluten free for a while and sometimes it's a challenge to find places that accommodate both of these needs. We've decided to use this blog to catalog our adventures for our own benefit and also to help others.

We want the content on our site to be helpful to people who eat gluten free and travel with their tiny dogs. Because we're nostalgic for the Wordpress-style blogs of the Web 2.0 era, we offer long form written posts that are indexed and tagged so the content is accessible without having to watch videos or navigate through ads.
Human-Created
We believe that there is something special about content made by humans. We use artificial intelligence ("AI") tools in various aspects of our lives, but we want this space to be content created on our own. This means the posts are written by us and the photos are taken by us.
