Imagine a 90s style neighborhood pizza joint with the kind of vibe where you might host a kid’s birthday party. And now imagine it offering a gluten free menu. Razzis Pizzeria in Seattle is a classic pizzeria in Seattle that caters to folks with allergies. The interior is very old school with cozy booths and red checkered tablecloths. The staff are incredibly friendly and the menu offers something for almost everyone with 4 different menus: gluten free, vegan, and gluten free & vegan, and traditional. They also carry a number of gluten free ciders. We’ve also been told that the basement of the Greenwood location is home to a labyrinth-like event space.
Where is this place? There are two locations in Seattle and we visited the Greenwood location
When did we go? February 2024
What’s good? We shared 2 gluten free pizzas and both were delicious. The style is a bit of a deeper dish with a flavor that evokes whole wheat. The quality of the pizza is decidedly better than the pizza joints I used to visit in the 90s. We really enjoyed both of our pies and there were no leftovers.
Toast’s opinion? Although the restaurant is not formally dog friendly, Toast was welcome to dine inside.
Verdict: Razzi’s gluten free menu offers quality pizza pies in an old school, but allergy-conscious setting.
